Jay is a 20-year veteran of the sports and fashion industries having worked with some of the biggest names on some of their biggest projects. He started his career at Nike during the development and launch of Nike Air, then held product development and marketing posts at Reebok during the years of The PUMP. Next, Jay moved to L.A. Gear as Vice President of Kid’s Marketing and built L.A. Lights into a $200 million business.

As VP, Product Merchandising at Voit Sports, Jay launched Nike’s first line of sports equipment as the licensee for Nike Sport Balls. After moving to Hong Kong in 1996, Jay managed the sourcing business of Koszegi Asia Ltd. with clients such as Motorola, Nokia, Bayer, Johnson & Johnson, Fujitsu, and Sharp.
